This is my third NAS product and all currently running on my home network. Ultimately, the price of what I buy it because I was a small investment, even if only for experimentation. My other two units have a Netgear Stora (first purchase), a Netgear ReadyNAS (for higher end server) and now this (replace Stora determined because it is an immature piece of garbage). The NSA221 be compared in the same class as the Netgear Stora and I would say it is a product. Right off the bat that NSA221 clearly has a lower price point and comes without a hard drive you can buy the drives of your choice. In the U.S., Netgear does not sell Stora diskless, so minimal, you have to take one of their hard drives. Now, as far as functionality, Stora NSA221 blows away in every category I love the graphics of directors what a. It is not only powerful, fully functional, intuitive, and looks wonderful.
