By Steven M Muenkel I can breathe a sigh of relief that my quest for a quality player to the media that plays MP4s reliably different resolutions, subtitles and audio tracks are over. If you have a group of (unprotected) iPhone / Ipad video compatible with the built-in functions, this machine has no trouble putting them on your TV with smooth playback. Yes, the menu system is very attractive, with a learning curve for a few minutes, but it does what it was designed to do and that's what I want. I had a little problem with the external USB drives that are dependent on powered from the USB port, but with SATA drives included, not a big problem. USB flash drive works well. I only had a couple of weeks but so far I have found this model to be a versatile player and always reliable little. I'm pretty happy. I hope Micca keeps firmware updates. I plan to use these machines for a long time 4 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Good job, UI work of J. Levin needs, I have a lot of research before buying it. Micca seems one of the only companies currently making a digital media player with the ability to basically deal with all relevant formats. It plays any type of file I threw at it perfectly. The video quality is great, and it was easy to set. The user interface is sloppy. It is unnecessary steps throughout the process. I'll still give it four stars to meet my needs perfectly. 3 of 4 people found this review helpful. Excellent Media Center by Christopher Paul D I bought two of these - one for myself and one for my son. Fri after two weeks of intensive use, we both found the device to work properly for streaming video in all formats, and the photos. Easy installation, connected to our network without any problem, the remote control good range, and despite comments from others, I think the user interface is well why we recommend it without reservation.
