Silva This item have a good finishing. It have an ethernet RJ45 connector and, in my case, came with an USB wirelles adapter. I don't know if the wirelles mode works well (I didn't test yet). The problem is that it only supports writing over network in the FAT32 partition. The NTFS partition can only be writing when the equipment is connected through the USB device port (as slave) in a computer (as master). Also, the firmware don't have support to manage user/group access over network. But this product allow access, for exemple, of a Windows PC protected by password through of configuration. However, the worst is the technical support, that doesn't exist. I sent an e-mail with my questions about how to use the NAS (network attached storage) function, but no answer. I have no doubt, I am giving a poor score for this item due the lack of technical support and due the item doesn't meet my NAS requirements. If you have in mind to mainly use it to home entertainement and don't worry about connect it in a computer to transfer data to the NTFS partition (the FAT32 partition can be written over network), it is a good product. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.
