Most helpful customer reviews 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Too complicated By RoyGilbert Installation REQUIRES manually mapping the drive, entering drive names and passwords. THEN it wouldn't transfer a file over 100kBytes! I finally returned it after 3 calls to India for customer support. I bought an I/OMega unit (same specs) "Home Media Network Hardrive".
